Here are answers so some of our ‘Frequently Asked Questions’:
Is linen provided? All lodges are supplied with pillows, pillowcases, blankets, coverlets, sheets, bath, hand and tea towels. They also have TVs, air-con, equipped kitchens with fridges and private bathrooms.
How many people is my booking for? All tariffs advertised are for 2 adults, including bedding (sheets, pillowcases, pillows, coverlets and blankets) and towels (bath towels, bathmat, tea and hand towels). We also supply washing up liquid, dish cloth and scourer. Any additional people are charged at a rate of $10 per person per night.
What time is check in and check out? Arrival time: from 2.00pm and Check out: by 10.00am.
What facilities are there? Guests have free use of the swimming pool, barbecue area, standup paddle boards, kayaks and canoes. There is also a beautiful lawn in front of all the lodges for you to relax on.
There is a guest laundry with a washing machine and dryer which has a fee.
Is there WIFI? We don’t have WIFI for guest usage.
How much does it cost to hire the kayaks, canoes and paddle board? Hire is free but you need to complete the waiver before use.
Can I exceed the maximum occupancy for the lodge / house? You cannot exceed the maximum occupancy numbers for your lodge / the house for safety reasons.
Can I bring more people than I booked for? Please contact the office or phone us to arrange payment for the extra guests. It is only an additional $10 per person per night. Guest numbers can not exceed the maximum occupancy for the lodge / the house you have booked.
Can we set up our tent or swag? Guests are not allowed to set up tents or swags inside or outside their lodge or the house.
Can we book a group booking? We have hosted weddings, family reunions and birthday parties at the lodges. Please call us to discuss booking.
