Deposit Policy

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

For online bookings, this deposit will be processed within 2–3 days via the card provided. If payment cannot be processed, you will be notified via email. If payment is still unsuccessful after two notification emails, the booking will be cancelled, and a cancellation email will be sent to you.

For phone bookings, the deposit is taken immediately at the time of booking.

For off peak bookings, the remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in and will be automatically charged to the same card used for the booking.

For peak period bookings (e.g. school holidays, public holidays, Christmas, New Year, and long weekends), full payment is required 28 days prior to check-in. The remaining balance will also be automatically charged to the card used at the time of booking. If your booking is within the 28 days prior to check-in full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
For low period bookings :
- If you cancel 14 days prior to your first night, a full refund is given.
- If you cancel within the 7-14 day period prior to your first night, a 50% refund is given.
- If you cancel within the 7 day period prior to your first night, no refund is given.
For peak and shoulder period bookings (e.g. long weekends, Christmas, New Year, school holidays):
- If you cancel 28 days prior to your first night, a full refund is given.
- If you cancel within the 28 day period prior to your first night no refund is given.
Booking.com Reservation Cancellation

For bookings made through Booking.com, refunds will be processed in line with the terms and conditions of the reservation. We receive a copy of these at the time of booking and follow them strictly.
